Saskatchewan Environmetal Society

We were cooking at the Saskatoon Farmers' Market today (yes, it was hot) at the invitation of the Saskatchewan Environmental Society (SES). I did a reading from Prairie Feast. SIAST Chef instructor Moe Mathieu and his student, Lindsay, prepared the lentil salad from Prairie Feast, and I have to say, it never tasted better!
